One thing I've learned: Brain Freeze

Most people will shoot down an idea because they can't wrap their mind around it. 

This is very sad but true.  Many dreams have been crushed due to the inability of others to think outside the realm of normalcy.  

One way to keep the dream bashing to a minimum is to align yourself with positive, forward thinking individuals who constantly push themselves to new heights.  Remember, if people can't see it they won't believe but if you show it to them they'll claim they thought of it years ago.
